Payments are collected via Razorpay; approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to your original payment method where possible. Returns may be shipped back via courier as we arrange.
2. Order Processing Before Dispatch
After Razorpay payment confirmation, we prepare your order for dispatch. You may request cancellation only before the order is handed to the courier for dispatch — contact us immediately with your order number.
3. Eligibility for Returns
For books purchased directly through this website:
- Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Books must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition (no writing, highlighting, torn pages, or water damage).
- Sealed or special-edition items must be returned unopened unless defective or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.
4. Replacements
If you received a damaged or defective copy, contact us as soon as possible within the 7-day window. Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we may offer a full refund instead.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damage or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, as appropriate.
6. Cancellations
