- Shipping charges are calculated by total order weight at checkout (0–500 g: ₹80; 501–1000 g: ₹100; 1001–2000 g: ₹130; 2001 g and above: ₹149).
- A platform fee and applicable GST may apply as shown in the order summary before payment.
- Payment must be completed successfully via Razorpay before your order is confirmed for processing.

- After successful payment confirmation, we prepare and pack your order for dispatch.
- Orders are shipped via partner couriers. AWB and tracking details are shared when available.
- Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your delivery pin code and the assigned courier; these are estimates, not guarantees.
- Pustaka Mane is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
